Fuser Film

A fuser film, also known as a fixing film or heat roller film, is a component of a laser printer or photocopier that is responsible for fusing toner particles to paper.

The fuser film is a thin, flexible, and heat-resistant film that is wrapped around a metal or ceramic fuser roller. When the toner particles are transferred to the paper, the paper passes through the fuser assembly, and the fuser roller applies heat and pressure to the paper. The fuser film melts the toner particles, which then fuse with the paper fibers to create a permanent image.

Over time, the fuser film can wear out or become damaged, which can lead to poor print quality or paper jams. In such cases, the fuser film may need to be replaced.
